Cancellation Policy

DNA Motor Lab – Online Booking Request Policy 1. Booking Requests (Not Guaranteed Appointments) All online bookings submitted through our system are requests only and are not automatically confirmed. Each request is reviewed based on shop workload, technician availability, and scheduling constraints. You will receive a confirmation once your request is approved. DNA Motor Lab reserves the right to decline any booking request at its discretion. 2. Scheduling & Availability Our weekly schedule may vary due to fluctuating workloads and staffing. As a result: Appointment dates and times are subject to change. We may reschedule appointments when necessary to maintain service quality and safety standards. 3. Deposits A deposit is required to submit a booking request. This deposit: Secures consideration for your requested time slot Will be applied toward your final service total upon completion 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Customer-Initiated) We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of 50% of the deposit ($25) Remaining deposit (if applicable) may be applied to a future booking at our discretion 5. Shop-Initiated Changes DNA Motor Lab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to: Changes in technician availability Unexpected delays or extended service times Operational or safety concerns In such cases: Customers will be notified as soon as possible Deposits will be honored toward a rescheduled appointment or refunded if necessary 6. Late Arrivals / No-Shows Customers arriving late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled No-shows may result in forfeiture of the full deposit 7. Service Package Assumptions & Additional Labor This service package is offered under the assumption that the motorcycle is in generally good working condition. If additional issues are identified during inspection or service, extra labor and/or parts may be required Any additional work outside the standard scope of the package will be communicated and billed accordingly 8. Service Limitations Submitting a booking request does not guarantee that all requested services can or will be performed. Final service scope may be adjusted after inspection of the vehicle. 9.
